Good news first!
The wiring is now correct and functional.
I still need to check some dash functions like oil pressure and coolant temp but those can wait.
Fuel pump gave me fits until I found a post that says that the pump is off until the flapper opens while in run.
Solid spark (made my brother cuss!!) and injector function as well.
1 bad fuse held me up for 2 days!
Once I discovered the fat blue wire I was in much better shape.


Bad news...appears as though the cams are timed WAY wrong.
It actually blows air out the Throttle body.
I was told that previous owner had the heads off.
good chore for tomorrow!

It also appears the Aspire tranny is used but the pan has not been clearanced for the halfshafts. Might have other problems underneath but electrical system is plug in now.

Body....a buddy made measurements for the functional tailgate and is looking at different taillights to make it full width.

Don't knock bad weather guys, I had to stop to mow the lawn for the second time this year.

Used the money found in the car for bandages for the cuts and scrapes.
