Well you know how bad the seats in our cars stain, I've stained them with water before!

I need some seat covers so I won't be embarassed when I give people rides in the aspire!

Also a link to where I can get them would be great too! I know Jlord had some nice ones on his!

Go to some auto-store and pick up a can of upholstery cleaner. My drivers seat was stained brown from all the crud crushed into it after 2 years of not being cleaned even once. The other day I washed them with a can of turtle wax power out and the seats look brand new! fordaspire/icon_horns2.gif I highly recommend it before you get seat covers.

Seat covers... fordaspire/hsugh.gif They usually look bad when they are on for awhile. Maybe just replacing the seats with a better looking set would be better (and maybe cheaper!)

thanks for the tips guys, I'll see about cleaning them, I am not replacing the seats in the 96, but in the 94 I will be figuring something out for sure, something smaller than the MX-6 seats I had in my 95.

Did anybody ever find where to buy some good fitting seat covers? I have had mine cleaned twice with truck mount steam cleaners, so they are plenty clean, the fabric is just getting really thin on the driver side and I don't want to have them recovered right now. The ones at Wal-Mart don't fit at all, I took them back.

I don't know if this is too late, BUT, I got mine on ebay and they fit just perfect. You have to adjust them every so often when they loosen up, but other than that. They're pretty good. I got a pic. They have them in different colors and styles.

Here on ebay:

Granted I didn't mess with the drivers seat, as I didn't really care, it got a little wrinkled. But if you take care of them, make em tight, you should be fine.

It's a pretty good buy imo, they're selling them for $20 cheaper from when I bought them.
