Need more info, did you just get this car, or did you just have something done to it? Has it been in storage and just come out. Are you getting any check engine light "codes", if so, have you see what the codes are? Basicly open your air box and check that the air filter is clean and make sure that critters haven't been storing "supplies" in there. How old is the gas filter? I don't know either. If these things are ok, then I'd wonder about the timing after that. If the timing belt is shot, or it's been replaced but incorrectly, generaly the car can still run, but run badly. Setting the idle and things like the timing have certain procedures associated with doing them correctly that a lot of people aren't familier with. Tell us a little more about this car, a brief history of your ownership or what you know of it, and what mechanical skill level's or tools you posess. That will help us tell you how/what to do or who to recommend to you in the event repairs or explosives are needed.
